Baby Steps, Part 4: Transparency

Today I return to my ongoing series about the next steps in moving our government in the right direction. As I have stated, sudden change, even for the better, can be disastrous, and would require weilding more power than any self-respecting libertarian would be willing to weild. This particular step I am proposing would be a less gradual progression, since I believe that very little ill effect would come from its implementation. The only need for baby steps with transparency would be the difficulty of passing such legislation, since Congress is unlikely to vote a rod against itself. Read the rest of this entry »
